Hayley Watson

Rachel is an enthusiastic, kind and motivating trainer. She understands what its like to have had a baby and the daily struggles which surround staying fit post natal. I attend her buggy classes, each week slightly different. It had definitely helped me shift a lot of my baby weight (I struggled to, which I didn’t think would be the case for me as I was quite fit during pregnancy). These classes are great to meet other mummys but equally I saw results which motivated me to come each week….annoyingly work now gets in the way! Great class…Rachel has helped me realise it is about core strength exercise and working that pelvic floor (its in there somewhere)…keeping fit but in a healthy way xx
