I am a pre and postnatal fitness expert and personal trainer with over 20 years teaching experience. As a level 3 personal trainer and Stott Pilates mat work instructor I have a passion to educate women to empower themselves on how to be fit, strong and healthy whilst pregnant, in motherhood and beyond. 

As a mother of three children, I know how hard and confusing it can be to know what exercises you should do when pregnant and how to get fit after having your baby. It’s such a life changing moment, so I decided to specialise in pre and post natal fitness to help where I know how. 

As a member of the nationally recognised Guild of Pre and Postnatal fitness instructors, I keep my training current and up to date with recent research and studies in this subject. This means any information I tell my mums has been backed by current research.  

In 2016 I completed an advanced course with Jenny Burell Education (U.K’s leading educator in pre and post natal exercise) to deepen my knowledge on exercise in pregnancy.

I am back teaching a few classes whilst juggling my two youngest who are age 1 and 2! I have been exercising on my maternity leave, concentrating on pilates moves, strength training using body weight and swimming for a nice stretch. As I have had three c sections my running addiction has taken a back seat and i’m enjoying fast walks with the buggy. On the odd occasion that I’ve had to run a little I’ve certainly felt it in my scar area so a gentle run at the moment is far off.
